DF-802 two-component sealant is a kind of neutral, RTV sealant. It has excelent resistance to high&low temperature and air aging. excelent adhesion to most construction material such as glass and aluminum. fast curable and no corrosion to the surface, no pollution to the environment.
application
mainly applied in the sealing for insulating galss of buildings, vehicles and refrigeration .
application instructions
1. df802 Silicone sealant for IG has excellent adhesion to aluminum and glass. before applying the sealants, ensure that all the areas to be sealed are clean and dry.
2. It can be applied in automatic or manual production line, also can be used singly or with butyl sealant. Com A & B can be mixed evenly at the weight rate of 12:1 and curing speed is also adjustable within the range of A:B=10:1~14:1 (by weight) according to demands

Raw material
Raw material is key to manufacture excelent products. We import raw material from Germany, Jpan. And most of our raw-material are supplied from top brand such as Dow corning, Wacker, Evonik, Cabot, FPC etc.

Raw material will be pump up to the premixer. after premix it will be mixed again and be dehydred and vacummed
at the same time. To make the silicone more delicate.
finer grinding
after agitated, the sealant will be extruded to the storage tank, the sealant will flow via pipe to the twin screw extruded.
The sealant will be finer grinded, before packing.
extrusion and packaging
after all processing, the sealant is smooth and delicate enough and ready for packing. It will be packed in metal drum. protected by aluminum film paper which is insulated with light, water and air. ensure the shelf life.
