here are some points about design requests for a good printing, and also kindly please ask designer to check the files after design ready before send out based on these points. this will help us to print the images as perfect as can. 

1. kindly please make design inside the templates area we sent to you. make sure the final graphic size same as the template bleeding size, and delete the area lines before save the final files.

2. The main text, pictures and other importable contents, should be at least a few centimeter away from the edge, as we will cut or sew the edges after print, or make these importable contents inside the main graphic ares of the template.

3. kindly please delete all the redundant and repeated pictures, lines and color blocks before saving, don’t save any other irrelevant content, and don't cover existing images, otherwise file will be too large and complex to send & review.

4. If you need a solid color effect, we suggest using 100% color value. And please unify the color value for same solid color in one artwork. For example, 

cmyk:0,0,0,100 if you need solid black; 

cmyk:0,100,0,0 if you need solid red;

cmyk:0,0,100,0 if you need solid yellow.

5. For the artwork precision or dpi(dots per inch), all contents including texts and pictures should be above 60dpi. What’s more, they must be clear when zoom to 100% ratio. And the lowest dpi request is different for different printing type, for your products it is:

heat transfer dye sublimation printing: 72dpi

inkjet Printing: 120dpi

solvent flex printing: 60dpi

UV printing: 300dpi

6. It is much better send us vector pdf, psd or adobe Illustrator files, which should contain all layers. If you can’t provide vector design, only jpg pictures, need to make sure artwork size is same as template bleeding size, and clear when zoom to 100% ratio, and dpi should be above the lowest dpi request for each printing type, for your products it is:

heat transfer dye sublimation printing: 72dpi

inkjet Printing: 120dpi

solvent flex printing: 60dpi

UV printing: 300dpi

7. In case we don't have the fonts, all texts should be outlined (Ctrl+shift+O), or send those fonts file to us for installing.

8. All inner pictures in artwork must be placed, or we will lose those pictures when we open it if you don’t place them in design.

9. If using Photoshop for designing, all pictures, texts, and background must be separated one by one, please do not merge layers.

when using Adobe illustrator for design, all texts, layers should be grouped, and delete all auxiliary lines(guides, smart guides, corner marks, etc)

10. color mode is CMYK, if you need, we can print pre-production small pcs sample for approving. Besides, for solid colors, if you have a pantone color request, our printing team will print the image to match the pantone color you want.
