1. What information will I have to provide when I place an order?

please provide the details :

(1) Material: adhesive paper, clear or white PE, PET, PVC, bopp etc.?

(2) size and quantity

(3) surface lamination: glossy or matt?

(4) Coating: gold hot stamp, silver hot stamp, embossed, high raise UV.

(5) packing: roll, sheet or single form?

(6) artwork format: AI, PDF, Coreldraw, etc.

2. Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?

since our printing machine is big printing machine and there would be platses setup cost , if your job is simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take

pictures for your checking before order shipment. Most of our customers choose this.

3. What is your MOQ?

A:There is no min. order limit,but has a MOQ value USD 110which is base on your design logo,in future order if you will placed,then we will return half of the amount to you.

B:If you choose the design from us,then without MOQ and free 

4,How long can I expect to get the products?

 Normally the lead time is 5-7 workdays and shipping time by DHL to your door is 3-5 workdays

5,What is the mode of transportation?

normally by courier, it will take about 3-5 workdays. If the quantity is large enough, we can use the other modes of transportation, for example transport by sea etc.

It is up to the weight of the package, we compare the cheapest cost for you.
