also known as heat transfer lanyards, dye sublimated lanyards are perfect for multicolored logos or photographic images. Photos, multiple colors, gradients and more are made possible with dye sublimated lanyards. A heated, thermal printing is used to help the dye sink into the fibers, leaving a smooth feel with the finished lanyard. colors won't rub off and your images will come out clean and colorful.

The type of polyester used with these lanyards has a smooth, silky, ribbon like feel and premium quality appearance.

The lanyard background colour and any logos, text or branding is all printed onto the polyester at time of manufacture using a dye sublimation process where inks are sublimated into the lace. this method of printing enables near photo quality images to be added to the lanyards. A cmyk (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) process is used meaning close pantone colour matching is possible.
